The Bass Pro Shops Flippin' Craw's extra-bulky body and large pincers help slow the descent for a presentation that's out of this world. Salt stuffing keeps lunker bass from letting go. Flippin’ Craws are terrific for flipping around rocky banks, riprap and any other place bass chomp craws. Length: 4-1/2''. 12 pack.

Ruining me as Bass Fisherman,July 21, 2009
By CougBobfrom Spokane, WA
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design Disadvantages: Durability
"These work so well I find it hard to use different techniques in the clear water I fish in. I will be catching fish using the Senko, then try something new, and see my catch rates drop. I go back to the Senko, and start catching fish at an accelerated rate again. These work so well I have children catching nice Bass with them the first time out. If I could only use one lure the rest of my life it would be the Senko."

Senko Baits Are Simply The Best,June 29, 2007
By Canadian Fisherman
"Since discovering Yamamoto Senko Baits at a fishing demonstration about two years ago, I've used almost nothing else. They simply out-perform everything else I've tried, it's really quite amazing. The 5" Senko doesn't look fancy, but it catches fish consistently. It has enough weight to cast quite far without a sinker, and is easy to rig weedless on a worm hook. For some reason, Senko baits just trigger strike after strike, I don't understand why, but they do. I've told several other people about them, and they've had similar results. I never go out now without a full compliment of Yamamoto baits in my tackle box!"

Great Product,November 7, 2009
By limitreachedfrom New Jersey
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design
"I use the senko for freshwater smallmouth/largemouth bass fishing, and its performance is nothing less than outstanding. It catches fish on its own with out even having to work it, just cast it into a spot with good cover or vegetation, and let it lay there on a slack line, when the slack is pulled up by the fish, rell slightly and set the hook. I highly recommend this in black w/ blue flake and green pumpkin"

"this bait is magical ok one weekend when i was fishing my first day tournament of the season we wasnt catching anything but i had this wierd feeling that i could have good luck on a senko so i tied on a 5" senko wacky style on a spinning reel and let me tell you it might of been one of the best decisions of my life because in less than ten minutes of throwing it i caught our first keeper of the day which weighed about 3 pounds then i caught fish all the rest of the day then on the last hour i caught my biggest fish which weighed 4.39 pounds then we weighed in and we had first place with 12.59 pounds and we won it all. this bait is a bait if you aint catching any fish tie this on and never doubt it because it will catch fish i promise you . fish with it wacky style and throw it with a 1"O weedless hook and you will have a good day"

The senko,September 30, 2009
By Creepyfrom East Coast
"If you like to fish fast (and everyone says they do these days) then this isnt for you. If you like to catch fish on plastics and have a little patience, then get some. It's amazing how many people DONT fish these! Yeah they were hot about 5 years ago, but the craze has died and now all us hardcore senko chuckers can load up again! GO SENKO. Cast, let sink, slowly raise rod tip, let sink, and repeat. If you feel any weight, SET THE HOOK."

Senko,September 29, 2009
By ChuckHfrom Glens Falls, NY
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design
"The 5" Senko is a great bait for Largemouth and Smallmouth bass. I fish them weedless with a 2/0 or 3/0 wide-gap worm hook and fish them in weeds and around logs, docks and overhanging branches during the summer months in upstate NY. I prefer the black with blue flake or the smoke with black flake. They are easy to fish and very productive. Just cast them to your target, let them sink to the bottom and give a little jerk every 20 seconds or so. If the fish are hitting, you will want to have plenty on hand as they will get torn up and you will lose them to Pike and Pickerel if they're around."

The only stick bait,September 20, 2009
By blharr44from kalamazoo, MI
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well Disadvantages: Durability
"What else is there to say other then it is a senko. Anyone from a first time basser to a pro can catch fish on these anytime of the year. They are any awesome bait and my boat never goes out without multiple colors of senko's in it. I will admit that I have tried other stick baits from time to time due to the price of the senko's but in the end no other stick baits even come close on the catch rate of the senko. One thing I would recommend is buying the o-ring tool and o-rings and taking the time to put them on if you are going to fish the senko wacky style. They will last a lot long and save you money in the long end."

Best Bait Ever,September 16, 2009

"I like to use spinners and cranks, but this is my go to bait. Senkos come in great colors and they're salt impregnated, what more could you ask for? The hooksets are like butter, but thats kind of a bad thing too. You end up replacing or wacky wormin' it every 2-3 fish because the plastic tears so easily and basically crumbles. Besides that, these things basically fish themselves and are ridiculous, best worm hands down!"

Never again,September 8, 2009
By Airs24from Peterborough On.
Disadvantages: Appearance, Durability
"I purchased these online after reading some of the great reviews but quickly came to my own conclusion after just one day of fishing. The first thing I noticed is that these senko's are a little more expensive then some of the other competing brands, not a big deal... My main problem with these is that they are of terrible quality. I found myself having to replace the senko every 6-10 casts because they would just fall apart. I have never had this problem with other brands and suffice to say because of this I won't be purchasing Gary Yamamoto products again...."

Good Worm, but not worth the price,August 25, 2009
By Cypherfrom Toronto, Canada
"The selection of colours is unmatched. The only reason I purchase these are for color 302 Red w/ Red flake. I find bright red is a color that not many companies produce for Stik Worms, however I find that in shallow waters, this color triggers a greater strike response than any other color Ive used before.
However I find they are not durable at all. These worms usually do not survive a bass strike, and must be replaced after each fish caught. Very pricey as well. I find that Stik worms work very well in general, and I do not feel that the Yamasenko has much of an edge over other brands of Stik worms to make me want to spend twice as much for them.
YUM Dingers, and other brands work just as well as these."

"I try using crankbaits in all depths but the fish are so finicky! so i put on my 5" gary yamamoto and BAM! i catch 10 nice sized bass! they are a little soft but thats what gives it the awsome action when on bottom! and that softness and the constent replenishing of my stock of them out weighs the negitives. and i found out if you use a smaller hook it gives the back end more action! this is a awsome bait"

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money Disadvantages: Performance
"Works great. I found few guys fishing for pike left 1 of these. I tried em, and i caught a little pike. Man, i mean the current is kinda fast. I removed all weights casted out, and left it drift down. 3 secounds later. BOOM! Something hit it hard, i thought it was a snag but it was a very aggressive pike. Felt like something huge, i feel like a kid again. haha!"
