"This lure has not only been great for bass, but perch, trout and even tiger musky have hammered it. Even after suffering through a couple pf 40" tiger musky, the finish only has a few small scratches. It runs great out of the box and it's cheap. I'll be getting a few more in some different colors next spring."

"They hooks were even decent on this crank. I did change them out but I did catch some fish on them before hand. Good tight wiggle and solide bill has held up to a lot of banging off the bottom. Paint job has also held up great."

"This is a nice lure, it has a tight wobble and is very loud, ive only caught one fish on it and it was a 12 inch largemouth, but i only casted out about 10 times...all in all its a cheap lure and it gets the job done. Very nice addition to my collection"

"I'm always skeptical about purchasing "house" products, but my eleven year old cousin is just getting into fishing and he thought they looked cool, so we picked up a couple Nitro Shads. While fishing a local lake we were catching fish on worms and jigs in deep water weedlines. Without me knowing, my cousin tied on this nitro shad and first cast landed a four pounder. Better than my 1.5 - 2 pounders. Next cast he landed a 3 and I rushed to Bass Pro the next chance I got and cleaned them out of Nitro Shads!"
