"I actually purchased this net to use for tournament bass fishing. I thought it might be a little on the heavy side but it wasn't. It works great! I would recommend this net to anyone for almost any application. The net is very wide and the depth is perfect. Fits great over the pro poll and it's length enables you to net fish that were out of reach with a 36 inch net. For the price it's hard to beat!"

"My buddy owns this net, and we net eachother's fish.
We take it catting and carping frequently. We have netted dozens of nice cats and carp without problem. But the net does get small holes with a lot of use, but they can be fixed with any sturdy material. We netted a 25 pound blue last year without problem."
