"In my opinion, the Plano 1234 tackle box is designed perfectly. It is also rugged - I have used mine for over 15 years and it is still in great shape. My teen age son is currently using a soft tackle bag, but has come to the conclusion that 1234 hard box is a better design - he will be getting one soon as a gift."

Well, this did NOT fit in my 1234 Tackle Box
"I'm on my second 1234 Box. My first, a relic, had the original "one" latch bottom drawer. It finally snapped after years of beating. I liked it so much I bungied it closed for the longest time. Well, I've got my new one with the double latches and it's great. I did fill the upper compartment with 3500 boxes. How could anyone need to carry more tackle than this handles? Plano......please keep the 1234 in your product line as it's the best all around box ever designed in my opinion. I'll be purchasing another soon."

"I have 3 of these T-Boxes, love them all. I have had the for over 10 yrs and still great. I put the hurt to them, since I do saltwater fishing,must have 35lbs in each one and never a problem. I would get another if I needed it, plus, Plano will send you replacement parts if something breaks,but never do. Buy these with confidence."
