"I used the 15 gallon stuffer, and stuffed 149 lbs. of sausage in about 2 hours. Used the two c-clamps provided to hold down the stuffer, e-z cranking ,clean up was a breeze. About a 1/2 cup of sausage lift in the tube and stuffer after we finished stuffing. Wished we would have had a LEM stuffers 40 years ago."

SOLID EQUIPMENT!!,August 13, 2008

"I just used my new Lem 5LB sausage stuffer. This is a SOLID piece of equipment, easy setup, use, and clean up. No need to buy an electric version, or a larger unit. I made my first batch of sausage , and all went well. I placed the stuffer on a large non skid baking mat. The stuffer did not move at all,so cranking the handle with the right hand, and taking care of the sausage with the left hand was Not a problem .I was going to buy the larger unit, 15 Lb version, instead I am going to buy small Lem mixer. The small and mixer, and the 5Lb stuffer together are $80. less than just the 15LB stuffer alone. The other GREAT thing about Lem stuffer is there is only a 1/4 cup of mix left between the bottom of the unit,and tube. The other stuffers leave between 1 and 2 pounds in the bottom. I wish I purchased this unit sooner. It's a Great product, that does what it's ment to do, WITH EASE. Also ,the staff at the Foxboro Bass Pro Shop is there to help in anyway they can, they answered all my questions along with good hints. Good product, good help, and good sausage = a happy camper."
