Kinami Baits® Palm Tree

Kinami Baits® Palm Tree

The incredibly versatile Palm Tree from Kinami Baits is a bulky bait built to resemble a solid bodied tube bait. Ideal for Texas and Carolina rigging, the Palm Tree’s is deadly when rigged backwards on a 4/0 wide gap hook. When rigged backwards it slowly sinks away from you, and its skirt produces a natural flaring action. Bass can't hold back when they spot a Palm Tree headed their way! Length: 4''. 5 pack.

Very Versitile Bait, April 29, 2009
By 2Rhino53 from Northern Kentucky

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money
Disadvantages: Durability

"Though it is tube shaped, this bait is solid. This quality allows it to be thrown easily without a sinker or weighted hook. It can be used effectively as a jerkbait, dropshot, carolina rig, texas rig, or simply weedless. I highly recommend this bait."

Awesome Baits!, March 21, 2008
By SoCalFishermansLocal420 from La Mirada, Calif.

"I went to my local honey hole the other day with some of these that I picked up. These things are AWESOME! Rig them backwards with the 4/0 Owner twist locks and watch out. When you "pop" them of the bottom, they fall away from you, keeping your line out there. The bass like to hit them on the fall. These are EXACTLY the same as the Yamamoto Fat Ika's, with the only differences being the colors and price, and they're from the same company. I had great luck with the Christmas Pumpkin color. I've had problems finding these at my local spots, but at half the price of the Ika's, they are worth searching for. I was stoked when I found them here. Try them, you won't be dissapointed."

Forget Tubes, September 24, 2006
By Fish61 from West Bend, Wisconsin

"Rigged BACKWARDS or FORWARDS this bait works. You must use a
4/0 hook. Rigged backwards and weightless this bait swims away from you (like the old flying lure did) and under things or into a Bass's
face, and belive me they will smash it. Weightless is the way to go most of the time, but rigged with a bait jerker type hook you can get it down quicker if that's whats needed. Rigged with a slip sinker or not it works great pitching to cover. Black/Blue and Baby Bass do all the damage for me.
