Good Value, September 25, 2009
By whoward from Tulsa, OK

Advantages: Durability, Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Value for money

"This saw is very, very sharp. And the teeth are made of good, thick stainless steel that doesn't dull or break easily. I've used it to saw through the breast plates on three deer and it is still in great shape. No rust or dulling.

Makes field dressing much easier.

Saw Away, February 23, 2009
By TrickyBusiness from Springdale, AR

"I purchased this item not long after it came out. I have been happy with the saw thus far using the saw on numerous deer and elk. This saw is still as sharp as the day that I bought it. I only have two problems over all with this item. 1) length - but this problem was fixed by the introduction of the E-Z Saw II. 2) Handle - This handle did not fit my hand well, however, i'm sure that it will fit others without incident. Ergonomically this handle wasnt for me, but due to the effectiveness of the item I still use it every chance that I get.
Also, this saw is light weight and can be pack away easily. Once again gerber has introduced a great product that is quality and affordable. Thanks.

Best yet!, November 29, 2008
By Highlander from Colorado

"I have used other small compact bone saw and this one is the best one I have used so far. I need to pack light so a big one will just not work and this one does not take uop alot of space and is lightweight. Works very well from antelope to elk!"

E-Z Saw, September 4, 2008
By IRISHPETE from INDIANA

"I've had one of these for a few years now and have used it to cut through many a deer pelvis. It is just as advertised. Stores easily in a back or fanny pack. Small enough carry in a cargo pocket. This make field dressing a deer much quicker and easier. This is a must for any hunter."

Excellent, June 21, 2008
By Backdraft from New Mexico

"Every hunter should have one. I used it on my mule Deer last season, very sharp and the handle is easy to hold on to while cutting. Another thing I really like about this saw is it's small so it doesn't not take up much room in your backpack but it's big enough to do the job."

Great Tool, March 5, 2008
By Drhuntr from Southern Missouri

"I first saw this being used by another hunter. I borrowed his. After using it, I was convinced that it was the only way to go. Bought 2 of them, and gave one to my son. Would recommend this to any deer hunters, rather than the folding saw for cutting thru the pelvic bone."

Saw got it's trial run on my first deer. Worked great!

"Extremely light, extremely sharp, extremely useful. This will make quick work of any bone cutting job you have. The best thing about this saw is that the end is rounded to prevent puncturing any organs. Best $15 I've spent recently. Highly recommended."

Gets the job done right, September 12, 2007
By HunterEd

"I used this saw to split the pelvic bones while field dressing three deer last season and I'm really impressed. The handle design provides a solid grip when your hands are cold and slippery during this particular portion of field dressing. The tooth design of the saw cuts through bone with minimal force. The tool is lighweight and flat even in it's case so it packs well also. I highly recommend."
