"Like the others have said the brackets for the rack we not last, but they worked. I used it on a Articat 650, and it worked great. I used a seed mix. I also spreader fertilizer. It spread about a 10ft. spread. I'm glad I did not waste my money on a higher priced one."

"First off 7 years ago, I needed a spreader, I purchased this Moultrie Feeder/Spreader for my 2000 Yamaha Kodiak, not only does it fit the front rack and the rear rack, I slightly customized it. The service I received from this purchase 7 years ago hasd been a life saver for the money and very little down time. The only down side is, the motor needs to be better sealed for off time from planting, but I use WD-40 to loosen the motor, then it works great! I am fixin to purchase a second, because I have this unit completely worn out. 10,000 acres of land with food plots scattered everywhere the Moultrie Spreader/Feeder has seen."

"I've used this seeder for many years. My son just recently crushed it by backing up into a tree. I'm not sure how long it would have lasted if it weren't for this accident. I'm buying another one today. It holds 50# of wheat and you can spread as light or heavy as you choose. It spreads very evenly. I've even spread a fair amount of fertilizer in the spreader. The fertilizer is pretty hard on it as mine was fairly rusted and is likely why the tree bump was so hard on it."

"My beef is, you can not mount this unit on a add on rack. This is a big disadvanage for my Honda with add on rack. Other wise appears to be a great set up."

"This spreader makes life a lot easier for planting food plots. Spreads a variety of seeds evenly and is much easier than pushing a broadcast spreader through loose soil. The spreader didn't hook onto my Yamaha Grizzly real well and the u-bolts will have to be replaced before I use it again but a GREAT DEAL for the $-PRICE-$. I would highly recommend this spreader to anyone and will never use a hand spreader again!!!"

"I have had this spreader for 4 years now and it works great for either seed or fertilizer. I use it on both large and small food plots, and it seems to spread very evenly.
I have changed out the U bolts that are used to mount the system since the ones that come with the unit are not as sturdy as I would want. Small muffer clamps from any auto parts store does the trick."

"Feeder arrived in good shape with all parts needed (and extra bolts/washers). The cover won't fit well though. Easy to put the feeder bucket together. A complete pain to put on a Polaris rack. At least an hour of shifting positions on the rack to get a good fit. Only 2 of the 4 u-bolts will go on the rack. It's enough to get a good solid brace but not enough to inspire confidence on a bumpy food plot. Buy a cigarette lighter adapter for ATV's that have that power outlet available to use. Makes life much easier. Can't argue with the price as you'll pay 2x for anything else. Beats the heck out of walking or trying to tow a spreader across rough terrain."

"The Spreader basin was shipped to me cracked and broken, so had to duct tape to use for planting that weekend. The flow of just oats required some encouragement, even at the fully open setting. Inclusion of peas and other round seeds helped with the outflow and therefore, better coverage of the food plot. Installation on my Polaris 500 Sportsmen was rather cumbersome. Otherwise did a fine job of evenly spreading the seed."

"I purchased the spreader and was surprised at the ease of assembly and can be easily removed when not needed. It does an excellent job spreading fertilize as well as seed.
The only change I would make is a calibrated scale for setting the flow rate of various seeds to eliminate guess work."
