"This is the best buzzbait on the market. It's been the best forever and it will continue to be. Why pay more money for a buzzbait when you can buy the original? Bass crush this lure and it is extremely durable. I absolutely love this lure and I love the original skirts."

"I've used the Original Lunker Lure Buzzbait since 1982. I prefer the white/silver blade in the 1/2 oz size. It works in all conditions but, I also like it when theres a slight breeze on the water. The wire is made of strong material and I have never had a problem with bending when I hit a rock or when a big bass or any bass inhales this bait. The skirts I've never had a problem with either. This is a bass catching lure and I rate it tops of all buzzbaits. Take a look at my picture of a lunker bass 7 pounds 6 ounces caught on a Original Lunker Lure Buzzbait in October of 2008 on a lake in the Carolinas that took the lunker of the tournament."

"buzzbaits dont grab my attention, even if i do know they just plain catch fish. i have to have confidence in my buzzbaits if i want to fish with them. so if i do use a buzzbaits, i either use these or one's from my local custom baits dealer :P he makes some good ones i'm tellin ya :D but these are the ones you can get. so pick some up. any color will do. i favor any but black."

"This bait doesn't look like much, esp. compared to other buzzbaits but what this lure does IS CATCH FISH! I don't know if it's the distinct sound or the rubber skirt but all I know is that I've used probably 5 or 6 other types of buzzbaits and this is by far the best. It's especially deadly during the summer months while fishing at night. Use the black one, you won't be disappointed."

"Nothing catches fish like the original buzzbait. Spool up with at least 17lb Excel and just throw it. If you give it a chance it will happen. TRUST ME! I love to throw an all black model(black blade/skirt) on overcast rainy days with a slight breeze. Oh yeah, don' t forget to have a follow up rod rigged with a Senko or Tiki Stick for any missed strikes. Hold on!"

"one time my grandpa gave me a bunch of these. they are just awsome! the same night on loon lake that i wrote in the aggrivator review, we were using this lure. it was pitch black dark and the sound of the buzzbait clacking then being pumbled by a greazzy bass was just awsome! for night outings i recommend darker colrs. a great buy."

"I remember using Lunker Lure buzzbaits when they first came out. Guys would hang em out the window on the way to a tourney and claim they would develop a certain squeak. I do know that they sound unlike any other buzzbait and bass try to destroy them. Now that they have a premium hook they are even deadlier. If I had to have own one buzzbait I would make mine a Lunker Lure. Black on black is my favorite."

"the lunker lure is by far the best lure i have ever used. i was pike fishing with my uncle, i was using a lunker lure, he was using a booyah buzz. same color. i caught 11 pike weighing 3-5lbs and 2 largemouth bass weghing 2-3lbs. he caught 2 small pike. The best lure i have ever fished."

"i have used this lure for several years.i have caught largemouth fish from about the size of the lure up to almost 11lbs.i wsh they would bring back the ones with the flash colors in them.example white with red flash and a silver or copper blade.or white with silver flash and silver or copper or gold blade.them was my favorite.but all them work. i have one on one of my rod and reels all the time,nevr go without one."
