"I used this coffee maker for eight days after hurricane Ike was good enough to help me out with my high electric bill. It brewed coffee comparable to my electric drip coffee maker albeit a little slower. I can imagine it will perform just as well at the camp site and make the morning much more comfortable."

"Finally someone came up with a way to make good coffee out in the woods. For years I used everything from perculators to just instant coffee and was always dissatisfied. When I saw the coleman I immediately bought one. All I can say is kudos to the people at coleman. This thing is just like my brewer at home. The coffee is superb!! If you love coffee and camp you need one of these."

"There's nothing better than a fresh cup of coffee for those brisk camp mornings. As a coffee junkee, I've tried to perfect my backcountry coffee using french presses, percolators, and even powdered coffee... none of which come close to the Coleman. It makes a great cup of coffee and is an excellent addition to any car-camping set-up. 5 stars from me."

"Purchased Coleman Coffee Maker for a "primitive campground" fishing/camping trip. Perfect for no electricity campsites. Clean, fresh dripped coffee while our adjoining site had coffee grounds and inferior tasting coffee from old fashion perculator. Worked as advertised !!! (fairly fast too if heat is set just right). Only drawback is it slides on hot grill of campstove easily. Fixed it myself with 2 small metal clamps. Bass Pro needs to carry the optional carrying case. I would absolutely recommend this product for campers who love thier coffee."
