"I like the light. The Perko mount with the sliding cap is a poor product. It's NOT water tight."

"This light for my boat has been really nice. I like the two speed movement that it has and with the wireless remote it will rotate in any direction you could possible need to look. Very nice to be able to control this light from anywhere especially while driving the boat. It does use some juice but hey its a pretty bright light. If you are not looking for that perfect fishing spot along the shore it will definatly light up your boat if you need to turn it on your deck. It is priced a little high and that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not five, but it is made well and does what it is suppose to do. I don't always mind paying more for something if it will work and this light does work well. It is heavy on the top end but I have not so far had any problems with it coming loose from its connector on my boat. I do recommend it and I would buy it again."

"I purchased this light 5 wks. ago. I have used it 4 times. It provides a very good light pattern. The remote takes some getting used to. The flood part of the light could be a little better. Power consumption is moderate. I would recommend it to anyone needing a running light for moderate speeds. It dosn't have enough flood light to run your boat at high speeds."

"I bought this light for travling up and down a creek with lots of stumps. It works great! Lots of light and has more than enough range from the remote (over 75 yards). A couple of my friends thought it worked so great they also perchased one. It does draw some power, make sure you have a good battery! I thought it was a little over priced but bought it anyway and it was well worth the money!"

"The Light pattern is great. Well suited for boat use.

It uses a lot of power. In a Tundra 18 WT I had to upgrade the wire and fuse to the front light station. Otherwise it would blow the fuse after about 4 minutes of use.

It also seems a bit top heavy. When pluged into the light station it has a tendency to work loose. It hasn't fallen out in rough water but I do tie it down in case it does."
