"We just bought the tube, and we are having some trouble. We believe that the ride is to bumper hurting the lower back. we are very if-y about keeping the tube. are we doing something wrong?

"I bought this last year when I bought my fish and ski. We've used it several times and it is a blast!
The thing is a haus though - make room for it because it will take up a lot of space.
It is so much fun!"

"WE HAVE HAD 3 OF THESE TUBES NOW (DOG KEEPS POKING HOLES IN IT). THIS TUBE IS ALMOST UNFLIPPABLE AND GREAT FOR SMALL CHILDREN. MY 4 YEAR OLD DOES GREAT IN IT . IF YOU ARE DRAGGING IT UNDER WATER THEN YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG LIKE HOOKING IT UP INCORRECTLY ( I PULL MY YOUNGEST BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MPH WITH NO PROBLEMS).I AGREE WITH THE SEAT CUSHION ISSUE , REPLACEMENTS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE."

Fun! Fun! and MORE FUN!!,

"Excellent! If you drag this under the water then you need a fast acceleration. This is a great time! We are all large people (except for the kids) and this tube did excellent. Lots of fun, best tube ever! Bottom cushion does come out but it does float so you shouldn't loose it (although it would be nice to have replacements available). May want to where sport gloves with this, some of us had tender spots on hands where the tube rubbed."

"This is a great towable, lots of fun. Only down side is if you loose one of the seat cushions. I feel that replacements should be available.Overall, this is the best tube we have owned..."

"Great quality product. You will spend more upfront but will give years of fun. I like the thickness of the cover and tube itself by far more superior than the other brands that you will find elsewhere"

"We have not been happy with this product at all. Once it is going on the water above 23 miles per hour it cruises. However, it has a terrible tendancy to completely submerge and drown the occupants. If you dont have quick disconnect attatched you will drag your kids underwater until you put boat in neutral or they jump off. It is difficult to jump off though when all that water is spilling over the top of you. I plan to call there 800 number and try to get my money back. Say's they will guarantee the product i will put that to the test and write a follow up review."
