"We use these for snook in shallow tidal runs and get loads of hits. Great at catching fish but costly to replace when the leaders fray through. We use at least 20lb fluorocarbon retied as often as they rough up."

"Could be just me, but I've had mixed success. I fished this lure, in the color advertised, primarily in a small farm pond. When the largemouth hit it, they hit it one right after the other! Then some days, in similar conditions, it produced nothing. Still the good times definitely outweigh the slow times with this lure. When I see it whipping back and forth in the water I have to restrain myself from jumping in after it."

"if you want to catch some serious fish, just buy this lure. this is by-far the best lure i have ever bought. it worths every penny. the lure has great swimming action, great colour and fish just cant resist it. i put on some bigger hooks and was using it in Jamaica, along the Rio Grande River and caught a 24 lb tarpon. that tarpon gave me the run for my money. i also caught jack, reds, drummer and even mullet on this lure. yo-zuri....thanks for making my day"

Great choice for Reds,February 14, 2008

"I needed a super shallow lure to fish for reds in the backwaters of Louisiana and this lure really performed better than expected.I caught numerous reds up to 32' without any problems.The lure ran shallow as needed ,tracked true,and the hooks were sharp and strong.The action of this lure attracted many vicious attacks from reds.This is one of my favorite 'go to'baits for reds in skinny water."
