"This bait is one of, no wait, IS the best topwater ive ever used in my life. This bait works awesome around cover and around open water situations. It is just an awesome bait for ponds and big lakes! Anywhere you go u will catch fish, whether its smallmouth or largemouth, or even pike, or heck i've caught a catfish on this lure."

"WWooooWWW!!!!!!! im at a loss for words this lure when worked right is nothin but gold i never thought a topwater would catch me such a pig of a bass, all i fish is topwater and givin the right action and the right conditions nothin else beats it also i never thought i would pull a 9 Ib+ bass up on a topwater lure, worms or spinnerbaits yes but a topwater. THIS THING IS MAGIC"

"makes alot of comotion. it gets big strikes with it. it has a little more weight to it helps stay in place when a fish comes up to hit it. i missed this 6 pounder 3 times on pop r because it was so light and kept knockin it away when it hit and threw this and first time got em. caught ina little local lake i live on"

"This is a great "walk the dog" style bait. It has sharp hooks, and has the perfect action. I have found that it works the best when bass are hitting schools of bait fish at the surface. I cast it out to where I see a lot fo comotion on the water and walk it back to the boat. Sometimes I get strikes right when it hits the water."

"These lures have great action. Very easy to walk the dog with. Casts like a bullet, even into the wind. Have caught numerous good fish on these. Only problem that I have had is that sometimes the bass seem to like the original Spook more. It may have something to do with the rattle in the Super Spook. Either way, these are excellent lures with very good finishes and good hooks. They will not dissappoint."

"I have many top water lures and this is by far the best. I purchased this not expecting to use it much and it is now my go to lure if the top water is on! It is very loud and has great action. I have had some of the biggest hits on top water with this guy. I switched out to red Eagle Claw size 4 hooks as well. Not really sure if it made a defference but the fish sure seem to like it! Definitely a must have!"

"I have caught so many fish on Spooks it is not even funny! Great lure, ton of action that bass can not resist. I use the retrieve left, right, left, sit, then shake. The shake is a subtle almost spastic action. All you do is keep your line tight enough to walk, but dont put enough force in the rod to walk it. The lure should sit at the same distance, but should have ripples radiant from the lure. I got this bass (seen in the photos) on one of these spooks at Lake Prince in Suffolk Friday (4/4). This is one of the biggest bass I have caught."

"This is the one best topwater lure and one of the best lures you can spend your money on. i was walking the dog and BAM a bass ate my lure, a big bass. when i set the hook he was pullin out line, luckly he didn't jump because i probably would of lost him the just hook fell out. biggest fish of my life 14.6 lbs"

"This the best bass lure period. My first cast out with this thing...BAM....a 4 pounder largemouth snagged it. Best bass lure around period. The only one i dont recomend is the solid clear one, other than that any of the other should do the best for you."

"this is hands down the best topwater i've ever used, it has great walk-the-dog action and it has an internal weight that rocks back and fourth, i have caught countless bass on it and even a couple musky have hit it. i recommend the brown chub color, works on all waters i have used it on."
