"We originally found these shoes at our local Bass Pro shop here in Louisville, KY. My husband loves them and says they are really comfortable. He is an over-the-road truck driver and loves being able to slip them off and set his cruise control. Our local store didn't have them when we went to buy a new pair. Thank goodness I found them online! The soles didn't last as long as we'd like, but he wears them for 12 hours a day 6 days a week while driving. He wears out his soles in all his shoes before the tops ever wear out. So at the price, they are still a good value."

"I have been wearing these shoes for about three years and they are still good. I use them for work shoes, wear them about 3 to 4 times a week. On and off concrete and carpet. The soles do not slip on wet surfaces and do not hang on the carpet. They keep their shape and color very well. I work in dress pants and a tie and the shoes fit in well. My only wish is they came in black also. Excellent wear and value."

"I am a restaurant owner and am on my feet all the time. I was use to spending $85 to $125 for rockports. I found these and they last a year with no problem. Non skid soles are a must in the kitchen and these are the best.
Good for fishing too"

"We first purchased these shoes when my husband broke both of his wrists and could not use his hands. That has been over 3 years now and we are still purchasing them. "I've got 4 pair of the suede shoes myself and got some for my son and grandson. They love them. I just got a pair of the leather ones, and when I tried them on, they felt like they're aready broke in. For the price they want, one would be a fool not to a few pair. I got a pair of camo ones about 6 years ago, and I still wear them. I wear them every day when I come home from work. I paid more for them back then, but they're the best shoes I ever owned. They've gone through a lot, but hardly show any wear, except the camo part."

"I have had a suede pair of XTR for over 3 years and they have held up great. The soles do not even show much wear. I received these leather ones for Christmas and expect these to be just as the others are. There is no break in period with these, just put them on and go. These look great with jeans or dockers, could wear them with dress pants as well. Great product."

"Recieved my my pair as a anniversary present in january 2003 and have pretty much worn them every day since. Other than new insoles they have held up great. I finally blew out the instep and just orderd my second pair. 4 years and many many miles. Fantastic shoes plus they slip on which is great. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a slip on that will last!"

"I have had Doc martens for a number of years and bought these on whim 4 years ago to be my knock around pair to save the Docs. I am notoriously hard on shoes as I have wide feet and I walk a lot. THese have held up, taken a mean shine and look great. After 4 years these are starting to show wear on the sole and such but are very well made and my favorite shoes. My expensive Docs and even my NB running shoes I used to wear with jeans are collecting dust. If they only made them in black I'd wear them with a suit!"

"I bought these shoes for casual wear, but I was soon to find out that they were about the best all around shoe I have ever had!!! Yes, they are good to wear when I am at home or fishing, but I am a truck driver, and have been having problems finding shoes that have a good grip to them. These shoes are the best shoes to work in that I have ever found. I can climb in and out of a trailer now and not worry that I am going to slip on the slick floors, and for ease and comfort, I can easily slip them on or off when I am in the bunk. They are easy to clean, I just wipe them off with a damp rag. I also am bad to run the shoes over because of poor craftsmenship in the soles, but these shoes give me extra good support and I can work all day and not feel tired because they are so comfortable.. I will definitely buy these again, and you cannot beat the price either, usually shoes of this high quality will cost from $75.00 to $100.00."
