"Bought these at the local store. The extra size did feel good, however, they failed the second time a used them. I was hunting in a mud/grassy area and took a step and a one-inch hole was torn out of one boot. There was absolutely no snag, stick, stump or any other object antwhere around to cause this other than some grass stalks. I am not talking about a puncture, but a hole was completely torn out of the boot area. I did not notice how thin the boot was at the store."

"I have duck hunted for 30 years in Louisiana. This is the first review I have ever offered. These waders leaked in the crotch after the first season. I wore them last year again and got wet each time I went into deep water. From the other reviews it would appear this is a consistent problem."

"I got these this year and have used them about six times. The only leak I've had was when I fell and they tore on a pile of brush under the water. I got a patch kit and they are like new again. They haven't leaked since and even then it wasn't to bad."

"These waders should not be purchased for any use in the swamps. They tear easier than any waders I have ever owned. they would probably work fine in marshland. They are not very good in the mud either. Dosn't provide much traction. I would not recommend them."

"This product doesn't hold up. I have had 5 or 6 pairs over the past 7 years. They last one season and then leak at the start of the next duck season. I like the extra room. Easy to tuck a jacket in. I just went out for my first hunt of the season and the water in my boot was at the level of the water outside my waders. Not fun at all. I hang them inside with the wader hangers also purchased from Bass Pro. I would not recommend them. There is no damage or signs of where they could be leaking from every year. I can't even begin to fix yhem."

"The waders fit me great! They are not binding and are easy to get into. I have room to spare so they will fit a larger man well. I am rough on hunting equipment and at the end of the second year ,the seam below the waist leaked a little, repaired them and added seam sealer to surrounding seams. Problem solved and hope to get two more years out of them. Boot is a little slippery on hard surfaces but it works."

"If you duck hunt where there is a lot of mud do not buy these waders. But if you don’t these are great, they will keep you warm and dry. But if you do have to walk thru mud your boot will get stuck in the mud and your foot will slip out of the boot. It is very hard to put you foot back in when your in a foot or more of mud (especially when your sock comes off your foot)."

"I am 5'11 and 275 lbs. I have never gotten cold in them, and I do duck and goose hunt no matter the conditions! They come up real high on the chest so I can get pretty deep in water. Only thing about wadders that bother me a little is that they are a little long in the leg area."

"These waders are made for the big man. They fit like a glove and wear like iron. The neoprene streches to fit well and I have hunted in them for two years and cannot complain a bit. They are warm and keep you dry when it is raining. all you need is a rain jacket for your upper body. My cousin and I both have a pair and hunt in them all of the time. They are better than the $200 boots that are sold elsewhere. Save money and get waders that fit and last"

"Have had them 2 seasons and used them from N. Michigan to TN and they are tough waders. Been breaking ice and in very cold temps to 10 below zero, and was very comfortable. Poly prop socks with Red Head lifetime wool socks is all I needed. Get one size larger than you wear to allow room for socks and air to circulate."
