"I had purchased (2) of these collars; one for myself and one for my Dad. We bird hunt and need dependable collars to help train our dogs. Neither one work with consistency. These collars are a pain to use (the whole synchronizing the collar and hand set). The collars do not work at 1000 yards let alone 50 yards. Sometimes they work but most of the time they don't. They don't repair the collars so if it's after the warranty deadline you essentially have a disposable collar. You can send it in and they'll give you credit on another collar but it's not much. Very disappointed with Innotek and won't purchase another one of their products."

"The Dog Trainer Collar is easy to use.
The charger is conveinent. The remote can be hand held or worn around your neck and has easy to read buttons. The warning "tone" is effective, and there has been little cause to use the shock, but when necessary to use you can easily control the amount of shock to administer. This product has been effective on our dog."
