Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Value for money
"I bought this knife to replace my 30 year old wood handled Rapala fillet knife, lost in my garage somewhere. The grip is a definite improvement over my old knife - the handle never feels slippery even when my hands are covered in blood and guts. Keep this blade sharpened and it flies through any fillet job with ease."
