Trinity River stripers. not big but fun to catch

"This is got to be the best topwater bait for speckled trout but I also have caught way more striped bass with this bait.The striped bass will blow up on it so fast and sometimes hit it so hard they will knock it 2 feet out of the water and come back for it."

Just as good if better than the zara spook, May 28, 2008

"Closely resembling a mini zara spook this walker bait is deadly early morning or just before night. I like this bait because its a tad smaller than the zara but it offers some better features like split ring hook connections and an internal longcasting system. My favorite color is clear."

"This lure is the best lure there is because, if theres nothing working all u got to do is put this on, then do the walk the dog motion and no matter what, somthings going to hit it or, hit it with its tail then come back to it. i recommend this lure."

"I don't know why they don't have this lure on the Saltwater links as well. Deadly on speckled trout. Walk it and wait for the splash. Lure has great hooks and awesome action."

A MUST HAVE IN YOUR TACKLE!!, December 18, 2007

"I have just started using topwater lures and I don't have much practice with them. This lure is soooo easy to use. When I first used it, on the second cast I caught a ladyfish. And today I caught 3 jackfish on it within 15 minutes! On one cast, I had 2 jacks on the same catch!! I would recommend this product to everyone I know. I plan on buying more of this product in different colors"

"This lure is a must-have in every tackle box, both sizes and multiple colors. I've been using the larger size for over 15 years and the smaller size since its introduction. Like all lures, this bait is a tool and not a tools are useful in all situations. When the big boys are wanting this bait though, you better hang on."

Greatest Lure Ever, November 10, 2007

"I have caught about 30 fish just this season on these lures. I have almost every color. A must buy.

On a side note: If you want to walk the dog you will need a medium or medium heavy rod and a reel that is at least a 5.2.1 ratio for best action."

"This is my first topwater lure i've used it took me a while to get the walking the dog motion down but it was worth it because i caught a monster bass on it and i'm satisfied with this lure i would reccomend this lure to people who like to work topwater lures."

"Caught many huge bass on this lure useing the continuous walk the dog action... This lure is so realistic it even attract wading birds, that continously swoop down to try and grab my lure. This lure has also caught me a number of Peacock bass, including a 19" (7)lb peacock bass. This lure is definitly worth your time. You wont be sorry...."

Great Investment, June 23, 2007

"Well I had this lure sittin in my tackle box for a while and didn't really think bout throwing it until one day I figured I'd throw it for kicks and giggles in rough water on the cooper river and walk the dog with it and not even 10 seconds I had an explosion on the surface and hung a nice size largemouth bass. I also used it in Saltwater during the evening on the flats in the Gulf of Mexico and the Speckeled Trout just lit it up every time. I deffinitely would recommend this lure for top water enthusiast lookin for a productive fishin lure for a decent price and so far has been durable. Deffinitely good investement for your tackle box!"

CREEK DESTROYER!!!, February 23, 2007

"Yeah that's right, I called it a creek destroyer! This top-water fantasy is the one hardbait I depend on when I hit the shallow waters. It Provides me with the casting distance and that deadly walk the dog action that ( in my amateur opinion) is untouchable. i mean, if you can put this bait ontop of a largemoth's head twitch it a few times... it's a wrap man! He is gonna come out of his comfort zone to hit this crippled-looking minnow. I usually stay in the creek for bass fishing and I can tell you this bait has never let me down. on a day that it just seems nothing is gonna hit, put this chub on and walk the dog- it's gonna get smacked! This bait is really easy to use, just move your rod tip from left to right while reeling in and that's it. You'll get the feel for it after a while. I also recommend the zara puppy spook if you get a slow bite on clear weather day. This bait is the super spook juniors' baby brother! Sometimes that slightly smaller body will drive even the most reluctant smallmouth or largemouth out from under his creepy dark cover.I have noticed pre-spawn and post-spawn the bass want it on their head but other than that, all bets are off. Expect hits out of the ordinary. This bait is with out a doubt, my top choice in the streams and creeks."

"The super spook jr is an awesome lure. Before i always used crankbaits but after using this i am a topwater fanatic. This lure is great for pike and bass. The first time i used it at the wolf pond i just kept catching pike after pike after pike."

"This is the bait that created dog walking. There have been too many imitators to count. Few, if any, have made any improvement to the original. If I had to say something negative about this bait, it would be about the hooks, which could stand an upgrade, given the $5 price."

"Great top water bait! I sue the black shiner and once u get the walk to dog retrieve down it's unstoppable. When the top water is hot I use this before my frog, popper, or any thing else. Even if you don't catch a fish with it, it's still fun to walk the dog :)."
