Fibrous Casings are non-edible and intended to use with summer sausage, salami, etc. Soak in warm water 20-30 minutes before stuffing. Tie with string or hot rings after filling. Imported.

"I have used both the 1 lb and 3 lb casings to make venison summer sausage and trail bologna. In all cases the end product was excellent. One thing to note: it really helps to have the right size stuffing tube for the size of casing that you are using."
