"I've used these for several years and love them. I use these in the winter to keep snow out of my boots and the rest of the year to keep burrs off my socks and out of the boots.
Regular gaiters will not pick up burrs nor get pulled off in thorns, but are time consuming to put on and off. I use them a lot, on and off sometimes several times during a day, in and out of the fields. They're very quick and easy to put on and remove.
I do loose at least one each year but for the price it's affordable to keep spares. I purchase a pair whenever I use my last spare."
