Seaguar's low-visibility Fluorocarbon Leader has a refractive index much lower than that of monofilament, making it nearly invisible. Offering superior abrasion resistance and knot strength, this high-tech 100% fluorocarbon leader sinks faster in water than other lines due to its higher specific gravity. Unmatched presentations and designed to hold up in the harshest saltwater environments. Color: Clear. 25 yard spool.

Never lets me down!,September 14, 2009

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality
"I have been using Seaguar leaders for four years for my salt water stripers and blues, I have lost a few in this time but not do to my leader. I use 50 lb test and I have only had the leader snapped two times. I change the line if there is any nick in it ,"I do not want to loose the fish of a life time". Highly recommend I use a six foot leader from shore, and 12' from kayak. Good fishing!!"

Great line,August 5, 2009

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Value for money
"Uni knot to braided line. Pike might as well not have teeth. Nothing even nicked the stuff. 5 days of fish and I put a new one on as it began to kink a little bit. High hook up rate compared to the people I was fishing with who were using steel leaders."

durable,August 10, 2008
By Tarponsnookfrom Tampa, Fl
"this leader material is extremely soft so it will flex easily. there is little memory and very high abrasion resistence. I use the 25lb for mangrove snook and redfish with no breakoffs."

The gold standard for fluorocarbon.,November 10, 2006
By MrTunafrom Las Vegas, NV
"I have been using Seaguar fluorocarbon for years and in many situations it really increases your hook up ratio. I have been tuna fishing where the fish are finicky and the only ones hooking up consistantly where using fluorocarbon. It works great in many clear water situations and has good knot strength and abrasion resistance."
