"bought two of the 1266 series rods and paired them up with shimano calcutta 400's. the rods are the most sensitive big rod i have ever fished with, and they are stout enough to cast 4 ounces of sinker plus big bait 50 yards out no problem. i havent caught anything big on them yet but they will handle a 19 pound flathead with ease."
