"Have landed some big ones with no problem and no real hook tangling. I just wish it would fold fold along with telescoping handle for easier storage in the compartment on the boat"

Will not harm fish
"I have never used this net fishing but the Associate at Bass Pro Shop recommended this net for the application I was going to use it for and it works great. I have to net large Koi out of several different ponds for breeding, medication, and maintenance. The adustable handle is very sturdy and the netting does not damage the fins and are easy on the koi, some of them are over 36 inches and have to weight 25 pound or more. This is the best net I have used to date that is user friendly to the fish and myself."

Great net but no replacement netting available.,October 30, 2007

"Great net but the netting got damaged by rodents and I can't find replacement netting. The replacement netting available on this site is nowhere near deep or wide enough."
