Very poor seams,November 1, 2009

"I purchased one of these bags three weeks ago used it two days later out of the pack and the seam was not sealed in the bottom corner.I returned it and exchanged it for another one went to use it and it also had a hole in the corner,This bag is very poorly made..."

Don't Buy This Bag,September 6, 2009

Disadvantages: Performance, leaked right out of the package
"I'm very disappointed. Leaked the first time I used it. Started as a pin hole leak in the corner and had split more than an inch up the seam before I got to the weigh scale. Very poorly constructed."

"I don't get it. I have had 2 of the more expensive BPS bags and they developed leaks in the bottom corners with in a year. I read some good reviews on this cheaper style so I tried it. In my second tournament of use both bottom corners blew out "gusher leaks". I wish I could say it was from the weight of the fish but it wasn't. I don't know if different lots are made better than others but the one I got was terrible. It's not worth my time to send back, so don't make my mistake save your $13. The more expensive bag has only got small leaks on me so it is at least usable."

Advantages: color thickness handles Disadvantages: seams and bottom corners
"I like the black color and the handles aree heavy duty and designed well but all those good things about the bag don't matter if the seams will not hold up and leak. BPS nees to get a bag that the seams are designed as well as the rest of the bag. Especially the bottom corners"

"I love this bag. Being dark it hides your catch from others at weigh in. Adds some suspense. I also think it keeps the fish calmer than the clear weigh bags. Have never had a leak or any problems in 4 years of use and many large limits."

"i recently purchased this product in march of 2008. I fished a bass tournement 3 weeks later and the first time i ever put water in the bag to carry my fish to the scales to weigh in, water was puring out of the seams on the bottom of the bag, RETURNED FOR REFUND!!!!!!!!!!"

"I had one of these bags for about three years. It worked well until this past year. It developed a leak at the bottom corners where the seams meet the bottom. I had planned to use the cheap plastic bags as an insert liner, but unfortunately, during a tournament day as a non-boater, my bag was stolen from the back of my pickup's covered bed. I liked the dark bag because it seemed to calm fish better than the clear bags. I will probably buy a new one soon, but it will stay locked in my boat."
