"Great idea and product. Makes it easier to tie baits on since the part you have to avoid is on the side, you dont have to worry about hitting where the ring opens and weakening your line. Highly recommended!!!"

Good O-Ring Replacment,January 29, 2009

"I was fishing last fall for Smallmouth and my Rapala X-Rap just came off of the line. I inspected the point where it was tied and there was a perfect loop and the knot was still intact. Somehow the line had worked its way under the split ring and rotated all of the way around until it came off. I made a mental note that Lucky Crafts have different rings and I bought these to replace O-Rings and have not had a problem to this day. Great buy, you will be glad you did. good job BPS!!!"

"These are just like the split rings that come on Lucky Craft lures and have the same quality. It is easier to tie a palomar knot with these especially with long minnow type jerk baits. I use them on the hooks for top water lures like the Sammy and any popper type lure and it seem that I have had fewer misses on the topwater action if I get a little anxious and try to set the hook before I feel the fish. This won't work with shorter crankbaits as the hooks will get tangled together a lot. Give these a try and you won't be disappointed."

"With the right tools split rings are easy to change. It makes sense to change them to the same rings used on high end crankbaits. Not only do they keep your knot off the split your lure will have a liite more action."

"These rings work well on all different size crank baits. They are designed so that you will never tie your line in the split of the ring. It works every time I tie a knot. Pretty smart idea. I wish that I would have thought of it."
