"With just a twitch or little jerk, a bass will hit it and it's crazy. The skiiter prop is very similiar to the Skitter Pop but there each a liitle different. I would buy the Skitter prop because i heard the Skitter Pop's plastic lip has been known to break"

"i was recently fishing in my local river for some early season smallies and i was telling my friend how good this lure looks so i tied it on to show him and as soon as i cast it out i hook into a 17 in walleye i was using just a straight retrieve with the frog pattern which is kinda out of season and still managed to catch a fish this is why i use mostly rapala lures they always seem to catch fish even when you dont expect it"

"I recently bought and watched Lindner's Angling Edge Primetime Smallmouth DVD and they were using Rapala Skitterprops to hammer huge smallies. I got my BPS order or Skitterprops on Tuesday, then went out yesterday (Wednesday) and got SLAMMED by the smallies!

"Poppers are by far my favorite topwater bait and this one is the creme of the crop as far as I am concerned. I have great luck with the shad color it has stood up to repeated hits; the finish still looks good despite its fair share of scratches and potmarks from hungry bass. If you only fish one popper this should be it."

"I have this lure in a discontinued color, frog with a chartreuse belly. I also have the current frog pattern. Both seem to work equally well. My favorite lure has always been Heddon's Torpedo and this lure is a very close second. If you like top-water bassin' action, get one of these. You will be glad you did."

"I boaught this lure in the spring in frog and then bam!!! the biggest hit i have ever gotten on this lure and then i was fighting it for a little while not knowing what it was then I was able to see it. It was a nice size Laremouth Bass and I got him to the shore and when I was going to pick him up and claim my fish he just took off and he got my line snagged on a rock because the pond I fish is in a mountain called Garrett Mountain and it`s in West Paterson, NJ and he snapped the line. I was so mad. I went back to this pond on November 11th, 2006 and i was using a rapala skitter prop (again I bought it) in frog the whole day and I caught a 8 inch largemouth and then later that day I got a 5 pounder. I recremend the frog is the best"
