Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money, storage pockets, bright color
Disadvantages: getting in & out of the h2o on a muddy bank

"BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT THIS YEAR AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I HAVE FLOATED ON SMALL PONDS & LAKES IN EASTERN KANSAS AND ON GRANDLAKE, OK. NEVER HAVE i HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT. I HAVE LEFT IT AIRED UP FOR 5 DAYS STRAIGHT WITH NO AIR LEAKAGE. VERY STABLE IN THE WATER EVEN WITH THE ROCKET BOATERS WAKES ALL AROUND.ONLY CON IN MY BOOK IS GETTING IN & OUT OF THE H2O BECAUSE OF THE ROUND DESIGN. BUT I EASILY ADAPTED TO THIS PROBLEM. EASY TO USE.EASY TO CLEAN. AND EASY TO TAKE IT ANY WHERE & ANY TIME. NO BETTER WAY TO FLYFISH IN MY BOOK. A+++++"

Great bellyboat for the price., January 30, 2008
By Captyap from Boston, Mass

"This bellyboat is awesome for the price. My buddies and i have used this bellyboat for 5 years now and had no problems. Why pay $150 or more when your getting the same quality for under $100. Instead of filling top chamber(headrest) with air, try filling with ice cubes and using it as a cooler...works awesome."

Safe, secure -- successful, October 15, 2007
By RevRusty from Dallas, TX and Charlottesville, VA

"Had mine five years, and it's never given me a problem. Bumped into all kinds of stuff under the surface, but no punctures -- absolutely safe for places where boats can't go. Maybe I'm lucky, but no slow leaks either. Never lost air. What's more, its maneuverability allows you to continually put your lures in strike zones. Silent, too, so fish don't know you're there. Who needs a costly boat? Even in winter, sweatpants under waders alow me to fish the year around in this float."

this was ok, February 22, 2007
By CatfishMan from Kansas

"it was ok . it did start losing air the first time i went out on it. it is very hard to get to the back pocket. and i hooked it not purposley and it started to sink fast so i had to swim back to shore. it is cheep and not worth it. put in 20 more dollors and get a great one. thats what i did."

Well worth the price, November 29, 2006
By FishingWithBrandyDog from Snellville, GA

"I bought 2 about 2 1/2 yrs ago and have used them quite a bit. Very pleased. Very comfy even on a 5 hr float. This may not be recommended but I store mine inflated and they have barely leaked in 2 + yrs. Another reviewer made a comment about not holding air... I recommend you return it. When you first fill the bladders make sure they're perfectly positioned (valve aligned w/access port) or you'll have trouble later trying to top them off . I need to get another one (I have 2 boys).... I may opt for the U-shaped to make casting forward easier."

Not so good, July 4, 2006
By Anonymous from Central Ohio

"I
bought one last month and don't like it nearly as much as the old truck
innertube based float tube I bought 15 years ago from BPS. The main
bladder leaks air so that within an hour on the water the tube is
developing creases and starting to "sink" -- not dangerous, just
clearly not holding air. I also have to say, I like the old style with
a pouch in front and the space on the side for the elbows free -- but I
can't find a tube like that anymore. And, I'm not sure of the value of
storage in the backrest -- who can reach it while you're in the tube?
I'm now trying to decide whether to have the main bladder replaced on
this one or returning it and upgrading to something better.

Great value, May 7, 2006
By Trout face from Georgia

"Great value for the money. I have four of them and they work well. The only thing I would improve is to provide manufacturer's address so as to be able to replace individual chambers when they leak or break. I put a hook through one and need to replace it.

Boston valve is big improvement over another type tube I have that has to be deflated slowly.

"Great float tube. The separate bladders are a improvement over the ones I've had in the past."
