A favorite for many bass and walleye anglers, the deep-running C.C. Rattlin' Shad® offers an incredible pulsating action you can feel. Multiple high-powered rattles combined with dynamic scaled finishes invite the lunkers up to feast. Dives to depths of 8', but trollers can push the C.C. Rattlin' Shad to down to 20' with 150’'of 10-lb test. Strong #6 hooks.

"This lure is awesome! We always catch fish with this lure, especially the Arkansas Shad! Have caught everything from Bass, Trout, Perch, and Strippers with this lure. When fished side by side with similar lures of shape and color, both trolling or casting, this lure outcatches the others 4 to 1! Great wobble for discolored water and trolling. My son landed his first stripped bass with this lure while fishing from the bank in Lake Powell last week..over 30" long! I recommend this lure to anyone, and have given them away as gifts to my friends and thier sons."

"This has been one of my favorite lures for years. Caught two keepers in only 10 or so casts in dingy water while in a tournament in late April. The only trouble with the bait is they don't carry it at my local Bass Pro so it needs to be ordered."

"A year or so ago my neighbor gave me a box full of crankbaits, it had this in it and two big-o's. I put new vmc hooks on this and tested it in my pond. It had good action, and if you shake it, it will rattle as it states, so it does everything it says. I am not sure how far it will actually dive because my pond does not get over 5' in depth. And the water is to murky to see whether it get's anywhere close. I hope to catch fish off this, and also hope that this helps you."

"Went on a fishing trip and a friend of mine hooked onto a 30lb lake trout on it! She was a beginner and luckily the hooks are strong and hook deep otherwise she would have lost it! Great bait for lake trout and Pike!"

"This is another Great crank bait by CC. I trolled 2 of these last weekend and put 7 fish in the boat in 45 minutes. The lakers and rainbows ate these things up all day. They have great action and a lot of flash in the water. one of the best looking lures I've ever seen. Dont go to the lake without some in your box. I tried every color and they all caught fish."

"This lure is amazing. I have never had a problem with it reaching depths of 10 to 15 feet deep on 10 pound test line (casting and reeling). Best deep diver for the price."

"Of all my downsized crankbaits, this one is my favorite. I use this one whenever I'm throwing medium or deep running crankbaits, and the fish just aren't biting. I've had great success with this lure whether trolled or fished from shore. I've been using the chrome/black version for about a year now, with amazing results. I'm not one to go out and buy one of every color anything, but I am adding the remaining colors to my tackle box because I consider it a prudent investment."

"I fish at a local pond that is a great largemouth fisherey. But the fish are very hesitant to bite...untill i found the great cc shad in perch color. The big ones go crazy for the rattlin' action."
