"i recieved as a gift for christmas.i have already used up half the hooks.my flies actualy look pretty good.lefty's dvd was very helpful.i have tied flies before for trout but was never able to do a whip finish until now.fly tying is also a good way to save money.i would have spent $60 on what i've already tyed and i still have enough material to tye just as many more.its also a good way to pass the time between winter cold fronts.the vise for the kit is good.i do want to purchase a rotating vise when i get the money."

"I bought this kit a couple weeks ago, and up til then I had never tyed a fly in my life, now people can't believe I just got into it. the kit is a great starter kit, it lacks a few tools but, hey for the price you can afford to buy a couple of other items, such as a bobbin threader,dubbin twister, whip finisher,etc . Great Kit I would difinitely recommend it to the beginner."

"about 3 years ago when i was 11 i first wanted to get into fly tying but didnt know what to do or how to use any materials. the video helped alot and it came with alot of good quality materials. now im making clousers' , and all sorts of patterns and im flooded with materials. AWSOME if you want to start fly tying."
