Warning!,September 29, 2006
By DDowningfrom Jacksonville,Fl
"As an owner of the swisher trail mower, that I purchased brand new, I speak from my own experiences. The first day I received the mower, I began having problems with the machine starting. It became a real issue. The solution I found came in a small, inexpensive aerosol can. Starting fluid! It worked out very well. The decks are rugged and the mower is nicely built.. One other problem I had was oftentimes the cylinder would be flooded with gasoline after several starting attempts failed. The mower was under warranty and repaired by the warranty tech., still had the same problem."

Trail Mower,September 26, 2006
By JimmyMacfrom Albany, Ga.
"I have owned this going on my second season. The tires have been a problem. If you get a stick caught under the deck while mowing, it will rub against the tire and flatten it. This year and part of last it became hard to crank. The cord will break your hand if not careful. Now mines in the shop, the cord/puller broke. It does a so so job on only grass mowing. It is not strong enough for any true trail mowing. I would step up to the electric start model and also the heaver deck if I had it to do again."
