"If you want to make your own sinkers, this pot works well with the Do-It molds. Besides being fun to do, you can make your own sinkers for a fraction of the cost of buying them. Also, if you have some sinkers laying around that you have no intention of using, throw them in the pot and recycle the lead into sinkers you WILL use. Nice product."

"I've used it once so I'm still a rookie...

I got some really nice soft lead, got what slag there was out and went to work. I was pouring round head jigs. After I got the mold warmed up the first dozen pours were perfect. After that the spout started clogging quite often resulting in bad pours and wasted led attached to hooks which can't (to my knowledge) be separated.

I wouldn't say it's a bad product at all but there's a lot of trouble shooting to do if you're a newbie like myself.

I suggest watchin online tutorial videos and getting set up with the proper equipment needed (bring a paperclip!) before using these led melting pots."
