"Despite the product description, this pole is not a twist-n-lock style pole. It has a push button lock system that works very well. The pole is six sided instead of round, so the push button on the inner pole is always lined up with the holes in the outer pole.

Height adjustment is a cinch, and only takes seconds to do, and the top and bottom of the pole has a thick rubber foot that will grip any type of deck material. This prevents it from sliding and falling over. Also, one of the rubber feet has an adjustable center pin that threads in and out of the foot. This is real nice if your cover has a center grommet for the pin to fit through.

The poles are a heavy gauge aluminum, the feet are a durable rubber and the adjustable center pin is solid brass. These are quality poles that will support the largest and heaviest of canvas and vinyl covers with ease. Great product!"
