"It's a drain plug... what should I say. I put it in the boat, give it a twist, and presto... it keeps the water out.
I have not had a bit of trouble with mine, and if I ever need to replace it (when I drop it in the lake) I'll buy another BPS T-Handle Twist Drain Plug"
