There are times and there are places where using an IGFA line isn't all that important -- because getting the fish to the boat is the only thing that really matters. That's when you load your reel with Tight Line superior-grade monofilament. Ultra-low stretch, small diameter, and amazing abrasion resistance take this line's performance far beyond that of regular monofilaments. Try it, and we predict you'll soon find yourself casting into nastier holding places—because for the first time, you know you can get the fish out. Besides, let's face it: snook and grouper don't fight fair, so why should you? It's time to take off the kid gloves—spool up with Tight Line!

BIG FISH REQUIRES TUFF LINE
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Value for money
"I replaced the line on all my reels, both fresh and saltwater, with Tight line. I wanted to see if it would make a difference on my freshwater fishing, and what a difference! I lose less lures and fish, it's strong, easy to cast and the price is right. I use the green line for visibillity."

"I have fish for over 40 years.my specialty is flippen, and drifting for striped bass with light tackle. I put on this line(basspro tight line)4lb test line on my light casting set up and have caught bass up to 36inches in the 20lb range, but i recently caught a 33inch bluefish with this line(4lbtest)in a river, 20minutes later i got it in what a fight it jump at least twice whith a mono leader.I would say by this line no where you will buy a better line at this price.Geterdone!!! drifmaster"
