"My friend is a hunting guide, and this is the box call he uses for New England turkeys. He took off the rubber bands and reversed the handle. He holds the box in his left hand and works the handle with his right hand. The tip of the handle points up and he holds the entire handle, not the tip. You get more control over it that way than the traditional method that you see on TV shows.
I bought this caller, reversed the handle, and I hold it upside down like he taught me. You need to use a lot of chalk to get the right sound."

"Bought mt Lynch box call in 1995, and can't tell you how many turkeys I've called with it. Through the years I've tried other so called custom box calls, but none had the sound or quality of my Lynch. People tell me the new ones aren't as good. Well I just bought one for my nephew and I SWEAR IT SOUNDS BETTER THAN MINE! Would recommend this call to novice or pro."

"I have used this call for about 3 years now and I have called in at last 20 gobblers with it. I have had them come in from who knows where on rainy days that most people would say, "its not worth it to go out today." I called in some that came in on a dead run. Greatest turkey call ever!!!!!!!"

"There is a reason that they have been around as long as they have. Probably the easiest for a beginner to use, and still use after years of practice. I started on one of these, and made everyone's ears cringe when I started. Over the years I have tried numerous new calls, however this is always in my bag, and always does the trick when the other calls just aren't able to get a response. This is by far the best long range locator I have ever seen.Hit this just before sunrise, and you will know where you need to be to ambush that Ole Tom. Great for "Run and Gun", but watch your back, as you might have a tail following you."

"My grandfather actually took lessons from Lynch and has always used these calls. I got one from him as did other family members and haven't had a dry season yet. The first time I used a Lynch box call, I killed my first turkey 20min.after sunrise and called up another group 45 minutes later. Using this call, I generally am able to either reach my bag limit the first weekend of open-season, or get to be picky about which turkeys to kill since they just keep coming. This is extremely simple to learn to use, and will work as good as anything out there."

Last Springs Kill
"This call was handed down to me from my father where he used it for many years killing turkeys all over Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. "Being new to Turkey Hunting, I was initially ignorant to what makes a quality call, but after purchasing this call and several since, I am extremely pleased with this product. For a beginner this call was very easy to learn several different sounds on. The rubber bands help keep the call silent when moving in and out of th woods and help double to also use the call as a gobbler-locator. This isn't the fanciest or most expensive call, but I would gladly take this into the turkey woods with the utmost confidence."
