Wish I hadn't

Disadvantages: Difficult to use, Performance, Durability, end up speeding more money any way

"First year I have had a boat. Bought this light to be able to fish at night. Had problems even getting it to burn. Ended up cutting the plug off and wiring it stright to my battery. The plug is cheep and hard to make contact. On and off switch is hard to use. Hard to get it to move. The first time reflector in back of light has any moisture to get in the cover it wraps around the bulbs and sticks to them. And as far as being able to see your line at night it's good up to about three feet. Don't waste you time or money. Go ahead and get one of the better name lights. That is what I have had to do. And out the price of the light to boot. If I had added another $40.00 any way it wouldn't have cost me a total of about $150.00"

Not What I Expected!

"I received a set of the Ultra Night Stalker Lights for a gift and if i didn't feel guilty about it, i would have returned them and exchanged them for another brand of night lights. The suction cups are poorly designed, don't hold well. The light they put off is very poor, average only for a very limited distance. I really expected more and i hope they don't last long so i can get a set that meets my needs. Sorry BPS not your best product!"

Expensive Junk

"I had great success with my original night stalker and assumed the new version would be on par with it. Man, was I mistaken. This piece of garbage wouldn't even mount to my Tracker with the suction cups let alone light up my line more than 10ft. from the boat. No matter what angle I set it on, the black light didn't do the job. Higher price, poorer performance!!"

Ultra Night stalker black/white fishing light

"I've been using the Night stalker light for 16 years (same one) without having to change either bulb. I fish on average 5 days a week every week, unless the lake freezes. I live five minutes from Milford Lake, Ks. When we night fish we'll have 6 poles out, on the rail of my Catoon, a 20 footer. We use a clear blue fluorescent line, the NS will light up all six lines, very clearly, it looks like you're fishing with neon tubes. The lines are slightly less brilliant when a half to full moon is up. If the rating went that high, I'd rate it 100%. Well worth the money, specially the sale price, I'll be getting me another for backup (which I probably won't need) just because of the sale price, it's cheaper than what I paid for the one I have."
