Must have product,October 30, 2009
By B333from West Coast
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality
"Cannot disagree more w/neg comments. May be unnecessary and time consumng if only using a few baits in seperate compartments but I seperate my baits by use; deep runners, shallow, top water, lipless, etc. I have so many baits that I use seperate Plano boxes for ea type and they are easy to pull out without tangle, while fishing can change lures and simply drop on boat platform without worry of snags with carpet, can grap a bunch and lay out on deck w/no tangle problems. Easy to put on and remove in a flash."

Hook Bonnet,December 13, 2008
By BOBBIEBULLDOGfrom Bluefield, Va
"It is winter and cold, time to square away the ole tackle box. I bought the 3size large pack of hook bonnets. Put the bonnet on all my plugs and now my tackle box is squared away and in proper order without tangle. By doing this, I also had time to inspect my plugs for damage. Takes a little time but well worth it in the end and you won't hook yourself again when you put your hand in your tackle box."

Are You Kidding Me?,June 20, 2008
By DaleRoyfrom Atlanta, GA
"I've used these and they're for the guy who wants to spend my time with his hook covers than he does trying to catch fish. For non-boaters, use a lure cover. For the boater, none of this neccesary."

Okay product,April 17, 2008
By MrBoffofrom Toronto
"These hook bonnets do the job of keeping your hooks from tangling or burying themsleves in your hand. However, they are a little bulky and will take up extra space in your tackle box - particularly when used on plugs. Because of this I use them mainly for in-line spinners. They do a great job of keeping them from tanging up in a ball."

Stubborn,March 6, 2008
By Zambrewskifrom Hartford ,CT.
"They do what they are made to do well. Great if you have children or a dog constantly snooping around your open tackle box. I got rid of them because they take too long to get off of the hook. A big no-go when you need to change baits quickly."

Couldn't Live Without It!,February 20, 2008
By BassAssassin311from San Francisco
"I have over 250 various types of lures. Every single one of them has hook bonnets on them. It keeps all my other gear, tackle box etc... from getting scratched, including the lures themselves, and keeps all the hooks razor sharp. It is also good to have when kids, pets, and even wives are around, especially since my fishing stuff is all over the room. I don't know about you, but I don't not buy 15 dollarr Lucky Crafts so they can get scratched before I even fish with them. This product is well worth the money."

Good protection,July 1, 2007
By Waggs
"The Hook Bonnets are good protection for you and the hooks. The bottoms have water drainage/air ventilation slots, to help keep the hooks dry. These are great to have around even if you only use them when you are changing your old rusty hooks."
