"Applied the tape to a clean wood stock and fore-end and it just would not stick to the wood. I would say the slip on camo covers are probably the better solution."

"this camo tape does leave a little sticky residue BIG DEAL! use a little wd-40 and it will come right off. i used this on my 410 shotgun and man did it work great i love it it works great on guns and it cuts down glare.it i made the mistake of buying that shrink wrap camo for guns RIP OFF! this works great BUY IT PEOPLE!"

"the tape does leave a residue but I have used it for years and if you spray it down with WD 40 and let is set if wipes off It has saved many of my rifles as up here in Alaska it is always wet during hunting times and if you spray your gun it down with oil once in a while with the tape on it stops the rust I have used this for over 30 days in the bush with blued rifles with no rust I think it is worth the time it takes to clean"

"I applied this camo tape product to a shotgun solely because the description stated, "This tape will leave no sticky residue". That is absolutely not the case! After being applied only for a short period of time, My gun was covered with glue residue! "Leaves no sticky residue", only after 2 hours of work and 1 bottle of Goo B Gone!! Very poor , misleading information! Would not recommend or use this camo tape ever again!!!!"

"This product is a multi purpose fix all tool in the field. I use it tie up straps on my tree stand to covering any item with a glare. I use it on my range finder to make a sling over my shoulder while bowhunting. Many more!"
