Excellent!, February 23, 2009
By Tony1961 from Central Florida

"I am from Florida but hunt up north regulalry. I have sat comfortably in treestands for hours with this coverall in snow and temps in the teens while hunting up north. I use the Bass Pro silk long johns as a base, then a layer of thermals, your clothes, and the coverall tops it off...you will stay warm. It keeps me warm in the south also where the temps aren't as cold but we have to deal with high humidity even when the temp dips low. Great bargain and it holds up well when you follow the wash instructions. Buy a size big to help compensate for layers of clothes underneath. Plenty of big zips allow you to open up the garment for ease of putting on and removing over the biggest of insulated boots. The zips allow you to regulate your compfort level and helps you vent sweat moisture away when worn in warmer parts of the day. Speaking of zippers, be careful to guide them along so they don't catch in the fabric. I tangled mine a couple times but now use my finger underneath the zipper to keep fabric out of the way. No problem."

overall very good, November 19, 2008
By Truth from Jeffersonville, IN

"I bought this pair of coveralls a few days ago and I have to say they are very good. I used them yesterday for the first time and I stayed warm all morning. It was about 24F a daylght with the wind blowing about 10mph, and I had no trouble staying warm.

I read in other posts about the zipper being cheap, but I have to say that it looks and feels like a very well made product. The legs unzip almost all the way up, which makes them very easy to get on and off. My favorite thing about these is how quiet they are.

Once again RedHead made a great product!

zippers defective, October 21, 2008
By howdydoody

"I also purchased these coveralls and the cheap plastic zipper broke the first time i used them .
It really puts a damper on things when you cant close the coveralls.
I will say that they are very warm and comfortable Except where there is a wide gap (where the cheap zipper wont close
also the matirial yet very quiet grabs every cockleburr in the woods
I thought redhead was better than this than to waste a good product with cheap zippers
I can live with the cocklburrs but can't use this product if i can't zipp it up
THUMBS DOWN REDHEAD

Cheap and weak zippers on good product, December 1, 2007
By HealthDeptHero from Winston Salem,NC

"I bought these at my local bass pro thinkg a great deal, felt good and they were a tall too. I used thm first of gun season this year felt good and everything except the zippers got hung up in the fabric and could not get them unhung at all. The zippers are the cheapest ones you can buy, looks like the same quality that would come on a cheap childs back pack. I believe these products need the big heavy zippers like other coveralls, not little cheap ones. Well I have to say this ruined my whole weekedn of huntiong, check the zippers for function before you buy."

Very Good Product, July 8, 2007
By Marty3232

"These coveralls were without doubt designed by hunters. Most everything about them is hunter friendly. They are very warm, so warm that I do not put them on until I reach my stand, and even then I climb with the pant legs unzipped to the hip to keep from getting sweaty. The numerous zippers and pockets are great. If there is a negative, for me it is the size of the sleeves. If you layer your clothing you will have to pay attention to the amount of room in the arms because there is not a lot of extra."
