"i pulled a bill dance move and shut my rod tip in the tail gate and broke the tip off of my rod. i didnt want to spend the money to get it professionally repaired so i tried this. it went on easy and it looked new and havent had a problem yet"

"Lets just say some of my rods and a little kid didn't go very well together. After spending two minutes on each rod they performed as good as new. Easy to use kit and only thing you need is a flame."

"These are quality made and easy to use in case of rod tip damage. They can save the day if someone steps on one of your favorite rods on the boat deck or if you snap a rod tip for any other reason. They install in minutes and are ready for use immediately. When I get home I remove the tip and use a good epoxy for a permanent repair. I keep a set of these in my boat and tackle box at all times."

Fuji Rod Tip Repairt Kit Was A Money Saver,November 9, 2006

"It was early in the year (2006) that I discovered my ceramic eyelet was missing. My fishing rod is considered a medium-priced one, so I searched for an alternative to throwing the rod away, and discovered the Fuji Rod Tip Repair Kit. The instructions were easy to follow, and the repair went quickly. I used a lighter to heat up (and remove) the old tip, and also to use on the glue stick for re-assembly. I would definitely recommend this kit and the option to replace broken rod tips as a perfect economical alternative to just throwing a good rod away. It is an excellent item to have and take with you in your fishing box. Great product!"
