Great caddy, June 19, 2008
By AllOutdoors from TN

"This caddy has worked well for me. It hold my pliers and knife for easy access and has proven itself durable. I also use it to hold extra baits like plastics to have quick access to."

Perfect, May 1, 2008
By eastenfish from TN

"Have looked forever for a pedestal caddy that suits my needs. This one accomodates me perfectly. Keeps my dye, scent, and pliers at easy reach. I haven't had any negative strength issues as some other reviewers have. However, I have only used mine for 2 months but it has performed perfectly. I can tell it's not the strongest thing in the world but with a little care I think it will last a long time on my boat."

Good Concept, March 22, 2008
By CaptainBubba from Texarkana, TX

"I have used this product for several years now and it serves a great purpose. Keeps my clippers, sunscreen, and plastic dye close at hand.

I agree with some of the other reviews which state that quality needs to be improved. It helps keep several things close during your trip, until the pliers attachement breaks off after a few trips across the lake. I ended up strapping a plier sheath on the opposite side of my seat pedestal, which only cost a fraction of what another Caddy costs.

Poor quality, great idea, March 5, 2008
By stilltrying

"The idea behind this is great but it does not match up with the quality I am use to with other B.P. products. after removing pliers a few times the holder broke off, and after a half dozen trips the bracket broke off at the seat spindle. Purchased a second unit, thinking it was my install procedure, but same effect after a few trips. I would rather pay a bit more for a product that will last a few years rather then throw 13.99 in the lake."

Needs some help, August 13, 2007
By thomascat from Decatur, IL

"The theory behind this unit is excellent but the material used in it's manufacture is
severly lacking in quality. I have gone through half a dozen of these in the past five years and most of my fishing buddies have done likewise. If you are unfortunate enough to bump the unit with your foot or a tackle box the unit just breaks off of the mounting, especially if the temperature is low. Also the plier holders only last a few weeks and they fall off. There is absolutely no strength to the material and I can't understand why that can't be improved. The idea and design is fine but it gets kind of pricy to replace these things a couple of times per season. I would like to see BPS contact the manufacturer and see if they can't up grade the cheap plastic to some other, possibly carbon fiber type, material. Thanks
"

Hold it Caddy, November 12, 2006
By EdStan from North Georgia

"The Hold it Caddy is perfect for my kind of bass fishing!
It is out of the way on the seat post and holds pliers hooks, lures, and sent attractants, as well as a cold drink. It does all this and is out of the way as well, so no more kicking stuff around on the front deck of my boat. This allows me more time to concentrate on finding and hooking Mr. Bass.

This is a great product and I would recommend it to any fishermen with boats that have pedistal mounted seats.
