"The Chompers Brush Jig is so great, because it can be used many different ways. It is an easy way to make a custom skirted jigs. I found that replacment skirts like the Strike King perfect skirt, or hand made skirts work really well on this jig head. The screw lock on the head also works well for fishing soft plastics, like twin tail grubs. Another thing that makes this jig head great is that it can be fished in most kinds of cover. I have even fished this jig in grass, and it did not hang up."

"This jig body is so versatile that I'm still finding new methods for fishing it! I will carry reusable skirts, trailers, worms, swim baits, et al, to fish sub-surface. I use basic black and adjust the dressing to meet the occassion. The screw lock welds the bait to the jig. I would recommend this to my land locked bud's due to it being virtually snagless. I simply can't wait until the 1/2 oz.& 3/4 oz. is offerred."

"I started using these heads exclusively when fishing heavy wood structure, this is one of the most snag free jig heads that I have found, they also have a wide gap heavy hook to add a trailer. Just add a skirt, rattle, and trailer throw it in a brush pile and HOLD ON...."
