Advantages: Durability, Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Value for money, classic
"The gun fires extremely well and looks amazing. Once you get used to your black powder handgun you will never use another. I got it for Christmas and I know that when I am old and grey my children and grandchildren will appreciate this amazing weapon. If you are worried about recoil, there is very little if the weapon is loaded with the correct amount of powder. Also, as a side note be sure to check the hammer before firing another round, because the percussion caps like to fall in between the hammer and the nipple area, thus jamming the hammer, but other than that no problems."

"The pistol I bought came with the starter kit. Very helpful that it has everything you need to get started. Over 100 rounds so far and no problems."

"Gun functioned when fired but lost a plunger bolt the first time out. Good buy for the money just check the bolts before firing."

"This Colt replica is very well built and all the parts fit together as they should. The staff at Bass Pro Shop was very helpful and polite. All the supplies needed were in stock at the Hampton, Va store, which is always a nice place to visit."
