There are plastic baits, and then there are Zoom baits. The difference is undeniable. Want proof? Just take a peek inside your favorite tournament angler's tackle box, and start counting the Zoom bags. For those who lay it on the line every time out, there can be no other choice. Every Zoom soft plastic bait is wholly realistic, super-soft to the touch (for the extra action needed to pull that reluctant money fish) and salt-impregnated, to hold even the most tentative bite. Length: 5-1/2". 12 pack.

Killer bait,September 10, 2009

"Used this bait in Maine for largmouth, and caught over 100 bass in a three day trip. Many times as soon as the bait hit the water the bass were on it. A couple of smallies slammed it as well. Used the watermelon color which seemed to be the best. Have more luck with brown colors here in CT. Texas rigged with a 1/8 oz tungsten weight seems to be the ticket. Must try these. They work without a doubt."

"While this bait can be fished several ways, I only fish it Carolina rigged and I only fish it deep 30-50 feet.My color of choice is Green Pumpkin. Use a 1/2-3/4 oz weight, spro swivel, fluorocarbon leader, and a 2/0 Re-barb hook.Leader length will depend on the conditions, but I use a 36" plus leader most of the time. This bait has excellent action and durability. When fishing Diamond Valley Lake,Ca this is my "go to" bait."

"I highly recommend these in watermelon red flake color. Rig them on a EWG 4/0 hook with a bullet weight and through them in some heavy cover. I've caught lots and lots of fish with these, and they are very durable too. You just can't go wrong with Zoom!"

Nice Bait,July 30, 2009

Best Soft Plastic,July 14, 2009
By ale026from Shreveport, LA
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money
"I purchased these yesterday after not having the best of luck the last couple of times I hae been fishing on a regular finesse worm and crawfish. I went to the exact same spot as I have the last couple times, fished the exact same way, in the exact same weather, with the exact same color baits as the worms and crawfish, but caught 4 largemouth! Each bass weighed a minimum of 4 lbs with the max weight at 6.5 lbs! The only problem is that the lake I fish on has a 14 to 17 inch slot law! They were all in the slot by a quarter inch! If you are needing a different look, then look no further than these! I can't tell you which color would be best because I don't know where you fish at, but in stained Northwest Louisiana lakes I use the Green Pumpkin candy! Good luck fishing and God Bless!"

A MUST have!,May 29, 2009
By billdancerulesfrom Temecula, CA
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money, quantity
"I've had these lures in my tackle box for only a few weeks, and i LOVE out-fishing the fisherman next to you 3-0. I have caught numerous fish on these, i have caught 1 pounders to a 6 pound 22 inch bass. Texas rig on a 3/0 hook and 1/2 ounce weights with a watermelonseed brushie is a killer! Also, cut the flaps in half a little uneven to make it more crawfish-like. Any tackle box missing these baits is, what i like to call, PATHETIC!!! Do yourself a favor and get some."

Confidence Bait,May 15, 2009
By BigAl91Afrom Murfreesboro, TN
Advantages: Performs well, Quality
"I had some of these for over a year and never tried them. One day I was fishing and ran out of junebug lizards so I tried a brush hog. It didn't take me long to figure out what I had been missing. I got twice as many hits as on the lizard. This is now my confidence bait. Just last week I was fishing with a friend on a small private lake where he lived and I skunked him 5 to 0 using only the brush hog."
