"I've used these flashlights for many years in the Army and they are tough as nails and very dependable. I actually have the first one I ever bought when I enlisted and still use it today. You just can't kill them. They shine a pretty powerful beam of light which can be adusted by twisting the top. It will also convert to a "candle" by unscrewing the top which then acts as the base. Great product."

"Tough, Durable and easy to store or carry.

I use it for all outdoor activites.

Long battery and bulb life.

Holds up well to abuse and day to day use.

I prefer the RAINE flashlight holder for my belt.

Probably brighter with the new LED adapter kits but I'm satisfied with the range of my standard bulb and lense."

"These mini maglite flashlights are still the best bang for the buck out there. They last forever, use batteries available anywhere, and provide plenty of light for the size. I keep getting tempted to spend the money on one of the myriad of new-fangled (and expensive) flashlights now out there - but none seem to me to be close to the value of these maglites."
