"After running into a number of rattle snakes in my hunting area this summer I bought these boots. Very comfortable and flexible and the Gore-Tex keeps your feet and legs dry which is quite nice in this hot weather. Oh! And they work perfectly. I havn't seen a snake since I started wearing them."

"The old saying, You get what you pay for, holds true even today. I researched snake boots from several companies, read a lot of reviews, and visited the web sites of the respective companies. ( I don't but anything without doing my homework.) And I can tell you, these are the best boots out there. I have had mine several years now, and they stand up to Danner's reputation. Check their web site. The cheaper boots only give you a year warranty, and then your on your own. When the Danners wear out, or something breaks or comes unstitched, send them to Danner, and they will make it right. They have a reconstruction department too. If you wear them out, they will rebuild them. How many others will do that ? And two pair of cheap boots, will pay for these once. Buy Quality First. PS, They are listed as being imported... The last time I looked, Portland, Oregon was still in the USA !"

I like the comfort of these snake boots around my feet
"I bought this pair of Snake Boot's because of several negitive reviews I read on Bass Pro's web site on several of the other Snake Boots. I have to say that these boots are very comfortable, sturdy, and wear well. They have yet to show wear, and I wear them whenever I go out, which is at least 3 weekends a month year round. I've never been snake bit, But knowing you have protection is comforting, and better than a 12 gage, Rattlers, and Copperheads don't miss when they strike, guns do. I'm a good shot, but I still don't want to take the chance."
