Buy Bone-Dry, August 20, 2006
By vfish from LaCrescent, MN

"I love these waders! I picked up a pair for my wife too. The RedHead Bone-Dry Hobbs Creek chest waders are great. They're very durable and well put together. They make for a comfortable day out. Adjustable suspenders and belt make for a perfect fit and they aren't too hot. The felt soles make for safe travel on slippery terrain. I can stand and fish all day dry, cool, and without sore feet."

They Leak!, July 7, 2009
By Doc54 from New City, NY

"I have bought these boots three times. The first two times they lasted two years before they developed leaks at the seam where the boot rubber meets the nylon (just above the ankle). I bought the third pair less than a year ago and it is leaking already in the same spot (both legs). The waders were taken care of - always hung properly to dry. Just an inferior product."

Not happy, May 12, 2009
By Droopyeye1

Advantages: Ease of use, Style/Design, Value for money
Disadvantages: Durability, Performance

"I have owned these boots for 3 years now, with this being the 3rd year. They leak badly at the seams and have developed pinholes in many locations. I am truly disappointed in this product. They get used 10 days a year trout fishing in Pennslyvania."

Stay Away, April 20, 2009
By PierBoy from Illinois

Disadvantages: Durability

"I have only used these waders for two seasons, putting the pier in the water in the spring and taking it out in the fall and they are leaking in numerous locations. My ten year old Hodgman's have fewer leaks."

great bang for the buck, March 11, 2009
By MuskieNut from Ontario

"I just purchased these after borrowing a friends for quite some time. Absolutley pleased with the purchase price I bought them at. I also bought the Redhead knee high socks to go with them, also a great purchase, for keeping feet warm in colder waters. I can't wait to put them to use this upcoming Rainbow season here in Canada. Buying the bigger size was also a good idea I'm 6'1 and the reccomended size felt too constricting"

Keeps you dry but there small in the chest, February 26, 2009

Great Waders, February 26, 2009
By 1Baker from La Verne, Ca

"This is my first ever set of waders. They are nice. I did what other people told me to do, buy them (1) one size bigger. I'm a big guy and I was sceptical about this purchase. Slip right on. I had to pull and tug, but once on they work great. I wear a size 10 shoe so I purchased the 11. Make sure you buy sometthing to keep your pants from rolling up. I was told, that with time the waders will give a little."

My first pair of waders, January 14, 2009
By Stevo31 from Fremont, CA

"I bought these waders for use in a float tube and I am not that satisfied with their performance. I live in California and the water doesn't get that cold, but for some reason after an hour of fishing these waders shrunk to my legs and made it uncomfortable to maneuver in my float tube. As this is my first pair of waders, I am not sure if this is a common occurrence.

The water temp was in the 45-50 degree range and these waders failed to keep me warm. I wasn't too cold but I sure wasn't comfortable. It definitely kept me dry though, no complaints there.

Also, the size 10 waders were a bit large for my 5'10" frame.

Best Deal I've ever got, March 5, 2008
By ragoss from Kodak, TN

"I just resently bought these waders for less than 50 dollars on sale. After testing them out I would pay what they are going for now. They are deffinately worth the amount. My friend went trout fishing with me and his waders leaked. He decided to get new ones, just like mine because he saw how great of a deal they were. Overall I am very sattisfied with my purchase of these waders."

Red Head Bone-Dry Hobbs Creek Waders, July 11, 2006
By Channel Cat Fisherman from Kokomo, Indiana

"I have used this waders to wade a river, fishing for channel cats, and they have held up good, on the rocks and sharp ledges. The soft lining is so nice, and has no rough places to rub on you. I also use them for wading while Duck Hunting, and they keep me very warm, even though the water is cold. I have used them to break through thin ice along the edges, and the
footing does not let me slip, as it grips good.
These are the best waders I have ever owned. They are very tough and strong, and have held up well.
