Best bang for your buck,November 14, 2009
By caponefrom London Ontario
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money, Durability
"I bought this rod shortly after Christmas last year with low expectations in mind as it was a less costly rod. When I brought it our onto the water for the first time I was hugely impressed! It is super sensitive and are made with great blanks! You can feel and see every tiny hit with them. The durability is also out f this world. Buy this rod and you will not be disappointed."

mojo bass rod,October 25, 2009
By countryroadsfrom small town, wv
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money, made in north america!!!
"i purchased the 7' mh fast to throw spinnerbaits and i love it. i have it paired with a quantum accurist reel. not only is it great for spinnerbaits, but i will also throw some of my larger deep diving crankbaits with it. this is an extremely versatile rod that is very sensitive, lightweight, and strong. it has a really comfortable grip too. and since everyone out there is obsessed with how good things look, they look good too, but c'mon man, they're purple..."

Just under 5lbs,
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money Disadvantages: would like a 7ft 3 inch rod i'm 6ft 5.
"I have a 7ft med- hev moderate action Mojo crankin rod that I have paired with a Quantum Energy PT w/ 5.1.1 speed. Which has shown to be a deadly combo for bass. Pulled in a healthy slightly under 5lbs bass with outstanding backbone / performence with the Mojo. I try and stay away from fads and find my own way, but St Croix has done a fine job with the Mojo series."

You get what you pay for,October 16, 2009
By BlueWaterAnglerfrom Port Huron, MI
Advantages: Value for money, looks good Disadvantages: Durability
"The Mojo Bass Rod isn't too bad of a rod for an angler that needs a quick year out of a split grip rod, but you only get about a year out of them, my ceramic guide fell out of the top eyelit and also watched the tip break off one."

"I have the spinnerbait model and it does everything very well. It heaves unweighted worms and small cranks farther than my spinning combos. It's sensitive and very responsive. It has a very nice weight to it, The handle is rather skinny and took a little getting used to. But it is the finest rod you can get for the money."

"These are great rods! I have three of them. The 6'6" jig-n-worm, the 7' spinnerbait and the 7' plastic and I love them all. I have used tons of other rods and for the money you can't beat these. The 6'6" jig-n-worm is a very good all around rod for someone that want to try one out for the first time."

Mojo Bass,August 19, 2009
By PoopsMcGeefrom WIsconsin
Advantages: Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money
"I got my Mojo a few weeks ago and feel confident I can write an accurate review. When I first picked this rod(7'MHF) up in the store it felt a bit tip heavy to me so I went over to where you could reel the reels unscrewed a Citica (which I ended up buying as well) from its place and put it on the Mojo and together they felt really well balanced. I had a great time river fishing smallies with it! They really know how to use the current to their advantage. This stick didn't back down and has excellent power for It's light weight. A few days later got to a small inland lake my friend and I have been fishing for years. We had a great day. I caught bass on texas rigged worms, spinnerbaits, and topwaters(all on mojo). biggest fish 22inch 5#er. This is a great value rod that can be used for many applications. The reason I didn't wait longer to right a review is because I know I can count on St.Croix. My dad has premier series rods that are 10+ years old and still in great condition. You cant beat this rod for 90.00 oh and 5 year warranty. The sensitivity is there too. still nothing like a Steeze(My buddies is Amazing!) I still had no trouble wormin with it. If you're getting a baitcast combo on a budget get this rod and pair it with a shimano reel and you'll get somthing you can count on to work well for years to come."

Big Mojo 7' mhm,July 4, 2009
By waterdogfrom Col, Ga.
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money, caught 2lb bass on the first cast. talk about "moj
"I've been looking for a good crankbait rod for a while. I was leaning toward a Carrot Stix but not having one in this one horse town of Columbus Ga., I decided to check out the Mojo 7'cranking rod . Glad I did. It's got plenty of power with MH, but it looks like a medium blank. Don't let the looks fool you , it's plenty strong for throwing even the big plugs. The tip has got just the right action to feel all the plug movement, including traps and spinnerbaits. Hey, I love this rod . It weighs .3 of an ounce more than the carrot stick, which is almost nothing, it'sbuilt with great quality and cost $60.00 less. I believe Its the best rod I,ve bought for under $150.00. I Also like cork handles best."

By xpressH51
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money
"I bought the 7' MH Power fast action rod. it is a spinnerbait rod but I use it for my frog and it is absolutely perfect. Flexible fast tip that cast a frog a mile but very very strong back bone to haul them big ones out the grass. I have caught numerous 4 pounders lately in the grass and this rod puts a hurting on em. best frog rod I ever bought"

Nice rods for the $$$,May 26, 2009
By PABassAssassinfrom Pittsburgh, Pa
Advantages: Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money
"I just bought a couple of these rods after a friend lost two of my legend tournament rods on a trip a month ago and I didnt have the extra cash to replace them. They are almost as sensitive as the legend tour and for half the price you cant go wrong! My only complaint is that they dont offer the 6'3" spinnerbait or the 6'9" dropshot rods that are my two favorites in the legend tour series but for throwing jerkbaits and texas rigs they are just fine for me.I boated a 6 pound largemouth with one the other day using these with 10pound test and just man handled it to the boat. Like I said the only thing your losing with these is just a slight amount of sensitity from the legend tour. I highly recomend these to any bass fisherman on a buget!"
