Winn Free Flight Release C-10

"This is the best release I have ever used. I have had the same release for 7 years. I shoot on a daily basis and have no problems. The release seems to be bullet proof. I don't have to grip the release when drawing my 70# bow. The only finger I move to release the arrow is my trigger finger. The weight of the bow is distrubted over my entire arm and wrist. My father, my wife, and I all use this release and would recommend them to anyone, from the novice to the archery vet."

"This is my second free flight release. my first one was used for 15 years and then passed on to my son who now uses it and loves it. I don't know if you can wear one of them out or not but I plan on trying, very easy to adjust and use."

Advantages: Ease of use, Durability, Performs well, Value for money, Quality
Disadvantages: hard to hold anything with it on
"I've had my release for atleast 5 or 6 years and im on my second bow with it. very easy to use and you dont have to focus on a tight grip you just gotta focus on the trigger finger. the ONLY downside to this release is that it's difficult to use rangefinder or to grip much of anything. other than that wouldnt trade it for anything!"

Finally a release that feels comfortable...

"Although I'm new to bowhunting, the few releases I have tried have felt uncomfortable and awkward. This is the first release that fits and the release is smooth and natural. Being a female with a small hand, I will definitely recommend the small size to my sister hunters out there!"

Absolutely best release!

"I have been using this type of release for years, I purchased this one to replace the one I had given to my son, who by the way loves it too! I am able to draw more weight easier than before and the release is as smooth as silk with no arrow wobble. I am able to handle my arrows with the glove on so no problems with dexterity for me. I hunt from a treestand and the bow resides in a fixture until I'm ready to make a shot. At that time I clip onto the D-ring with no trouble and go to full draw when the opportunity presents itself. I never liked the other wrist type of releases, my locking point always felt uncomfortable so I hunted with finger tabs for many years until I tried this release. I don't know how I lasted with those tabs for such a long time. I highly recommend this product, you will notice better results on your first shot."

"I bought this for my wife to help reduce felt draw weight and because it fits well on her hand. So far it is doing well and she seems to shoot well with it. No quality issues."

Excellent Release

,

By RedlegIggy

Advantages: Durability, Performs well, Quality
Disadvantages: limited dexterity
"This was the piece of gear I was looking for. Stiff out of the box, but about an hour of wear/use and it got more comfortable. I shoot with light kevlar shooting gloves and use a handwarmer tube in the saddle. The release fit well and did seem to put my hand and arm in a better pulling position. I liked the short caliper, it helped to dial in my anchor (being a competition finger shooter many years ago, the longer wrist-strap releases never felt quite right).
I shoot a Bowtech Admiral (65# @ 29") and while I won't say that it felt like I was shooting a 50 lb. bow, my draw cycle was smoother almost immedieately.
Silent clip in instructions are on the package, and they work with a little practice. It did take about 20 minutes of fiddling to get nocking an arrow without playing the maracas...just like anything, practice and adapt. The advantages are too great for me to be put off by slightly changing my pre-shot routine.
Would recommend that you bring your bow into the shop and shoot at the range with the release before buying...
Overall, very happy with the purchase."

"I have used the free flight since year two of my bow hunting life, 25 years. I am on my second one. I hunt at least 45 days a year and have shot to many animals to count. I live if the Alberta bow zone. Never had a problem with this release. Only reason I am on my second is I lost the first one after 10 years"

"I have used one of these for the last 20 years and have never used another that felt as good on the hand and performs as well. Would not be in the woods without mine. Would like to get a second one to have as a precaution but am not too hip on the camo pattern available on this site.
Pro`s; solid on the wrist and easy to anchor. Easier to maintain hold time when drawn back.
Con`s; Hard to handle other obects when strapped on.

"LOVE THE DESIGN OF THE GLOVE BUT,IT TENDS TO HURT AFTER A WHILE.I BELEIVE FROM THE MATERIAL IT IS MADE FROM.THE TRIGGER ASSEMBLY TURNS DOWN CAUSING YOUR LOOP TO DO THE SAME.ITS HARDER TO GRAB THE LOOP AND ITS DIFFICULT TO DO SO SILENTLY.LAST IF YOU WERE TURKEY HUNTING GOOD LUCK USING A SLATE CALL.....THIS IS JUST MY PERSONAL OPINION.BUY IT IF YOU DONT LIKE IT TAKE IT BACK!!!!!!!!!"

"I bought one for my wife to help on her draw , Before she used the release it was hard for her to pull the bow . Once she got the release we cranked her bow up a couple pounds and she had no trouble pulling the bow. But the biggest problem is once the release is on you can't pull arrows or do anything with you hand, it's always in the way."

"This is the best release I have ever used. I have had the same release for 4 years. I shoot on a daily basis and have no problems. This release is bullet proof. I don't have to grip the release when drawing my 80# bow. The weight of the bow is distrubted over my entire arm and wrist. I have several friends who have tried my release and prefer it over theres. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take bow hunting to the next level."
